Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to oversee financing options for customers and coordinate with lenders. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, building relationships with lending sources, and ensuring accurate and timely paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have prior F&I or auto sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership F&I department or auto sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with high quality standards.
• References available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Treat every customer professionally and respectfully, regardless of financing decision.
• Manage production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations, and per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages.
• Set up monthly forecasting with sales and use forecasts to meet monthly objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to financing sources and finalize paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain cash flow and ensure compliance with Contracts-In-Transit guidelines.
