Job summary

FERRARI OF SAN DIEGO is seeking an ambitious F&I MANAGER to join our team. The Finance Manager partners with the General Manager to select lenders and create optimal financing solutions for customers, handling credit reviews and delivering complete documentation and compliance.

The role involves offering vehicle financing and insurance, securing competitive rates, and training the sales team on finance programs, warranties, and dealership policies.

Qualifications

Positive attitude with high energy and professional appearance.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain financing options clearly.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local auto sales regulations.
Experience with financing, insurance, and extended warranty products.
Ability to negotiate terms and work with multiple lenders.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with financing and insurance options and explain products.
Work with lenders to secure competitive rates and programs.
Process financing and leasing deals and complete required paperwork.
Ensure regulatory compliance for auto sales and financing.
Coordinate with sales to refer all new deals to the F&I department.
Train the sales team on financing options and benefits.
