Job summary

AutoNation in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to guide customers through financing and product options during their vehicle purchase, turning inquiries into approved deals. You will present a transparent pricing menu, process finance transactions, ensure 100% compliance with state and federal laws, and build relationships to drive repeat business.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and provide exceptional customer experience.
