C. Harper Auto Group is actively seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to lead financing solutions for vehicle buyers and maximize profitability through compliant deal structuring.

The role requires strong communication, lender knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. The F&I Manager will present ancillary products, maintain regulatory compliance, and oversee contract signing and funding while upholding ourfamily-owned values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, including lender requirements and financing structures.
• Expertise in deal structuring for optimal profitability.
• Proficiency in title laws, vehicle registration processes, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases, ensuring all financial aspects of transactions are handled efficiently and professionally
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their ownership experience, including warranties and protection plans
• Structure sales deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines
• Maintain required certifications and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including contracts, and oversee the signing and delivery process
• Submit financial deals to lenders, ensure approval, and make credit decisions when necessary
• Audit post-sale deals to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy
• Expedite the funding of all contracts to ensure timely financial processing
