C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to guide customers through financing options, present product offerings, and ensure compliant, smooth transactions at our family-owned dealership.

The ideal candidate will have automotive financing knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work with lenders and offsite customers using remote signing. Join a team with a 40-year legacy and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in automotive finance.
• Knowledge of lender requirements and financing structures.
• Familiar with dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with offsite customers using remote signing.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases.
• Present additional product offerings (warranties, protection plans).
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Prepare and review documents, including contracts, and oversee signing and delivery.
• Submit deals to lenders and make credit decisions when necessary.
• Audit post-sale deals for accuracy and timely funding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
