Job summary

Lenz Truck Center is seeking an F&I Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and the ability to assist customers and close deals on additional product offerings.

Responsibilities include presenting financing options, audits of deals, ensuring compliance with laws, and delivering well-prepared paperwork and funded contracts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Professional appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance ownership experience
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, and close deals
• Ensure every deal aligns with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts

• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
• Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
