The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership finance, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a drive to advance within a family-owned business with a 40-year legacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, including lender requirements and financing structures.
• Expertise in deal structuring for profitability.
• Proficiency in title laws and vehicle registration processes with regulatory compliance.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to build rapport.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases.
• Present customers with additional product offerings, including warranties and protection plans.
• Structure sales deals to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Maintain required certifications and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
• Prepare and review all documentation, including contracts, and oversee signing and delivery process.
• Submit financial deals to lenders, ensure approval, and make credit decisions when necessary.
• Audit post-sale deals to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy.
• Expedite the funding of all contracts to ensure timely financial processing.
