Job summary

Royal Honda, part of the award-winning Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join a high-volume, high-energy dealership. The role focuses on structuring deals, securing lender approvals, and selling F&I products to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with sales leadership in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring compliance and ongoing professional development within Hudson Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and obtaining lender approvals.
• Experience presenting and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals and secure lender approvals.
• Sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, and accident & health insurance.
• Explain aftermarket products and extended warranties to customers.
• Convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize deal profitability.
