Job summary

Greensboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, in Greensboro, NC, seeks an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. We require proven F&I performance in a franchised dealership, with a track record in structuring deals, securing lender approvals, and selling F&I products.

Hudson Automotive offers top compensation (with $240K+ earnings), ongoing training, PTO, medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k), and employee vehicle/service discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, accident & health insurance.
• Experience presenting and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources, including manufacturer programs.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments.
• Track record of partnering with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability.
