Grapevine Honda, part of Lithia Motors, is seeking a motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the financing process at our Grapevine dealership. This onsite role reports to the lead F&I Manager and offers substantial earning potential in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the Finance process.
• Present protection packages and explain benefits to customers.
• Arrange financing by coordinating with lenders and dealer system.
• Submit deals to banks electronically; enter transactions in ADP and bank systems.
• Process all related paperwork; ensure accuracy per DMV and lender requirements.
• Track receivables and follow up to secure funding.
• Participate in store meetings and coordinate with sales team to complete deals.
• Follow up with customers for products or services post-purchase.
• Support sales team during peak traffic times to engage customers.
