Job summary

Hudson Automotive Group in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-volume dealership. This role requires a proven track record in Automotive F&I, with the ability to structure deals, secure lender approvals, and sell extended protections.

You will work closely with sales leadership to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Experience selling F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, accident & health insurance.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments.
• Track record of partnering with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability.

Required Experience:

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership

• Experience presenting and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources, including manufacturer programs
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments
• Track record of partnering with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability
