Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Finance & Insurance Business Manager to lead F&I activities within the Sales team. You will present financing, insurance, and aftermarket products, explain terms, and process applications to secure approvals while upholding compliance and profitability.

You will collaborate with Sales Managers and lenders to optimize product penetration and ensure accurate documentation and customer satisfaction across all vehicle transactions.

Qualifications

• Present financing, insurance, extended warranties, service contracts, and other aftermarket products to customers
• Explain financing terms, protection products, and options clearly
• Obtain and process credit applications and submit deals to lenders
• Build relationships with banks, credit unions, lenders and insurers
• Ensure all F&I documentation is accurate and compliant with timelines
• Maintain compliance with regulations, lender requirements and company policies
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to maximize F&I opportunities
