AutoNation is looking for a motivated F&I Manager to lead the finance process during vehicle purchases, bridging sales and financing with customers. You’ll present financing options, ensure compliance, and develop relationships with customers and staff to grow referrals and sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Developrelationships with employees and customers to understand financing needs and options.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions with full compliance to state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Support achievement of targeted sales goals and build product knowledge to assist customers.
