Job summary

AutoNation seeks an F&I Manager to guide customers from sales to finance during vehicle purchases. You’ll determine financing needs, present transparent options, and process transactions in a compliant, customer-focused manner.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, goal orientation, and strong communication skills to build relationships and drive referrals, with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance.
• Work with employees and customers to develop relationships.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options via consultative interview.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and develop product knowledge.
• Ensure administrative processes are timely and policy-compliant.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
