Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman in Oklahoma is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I) to streamline financing options and present add-on products for customers’ purchases.

The role requires expertise in structuring deals, knowledge of title laws and registrations, and the ability to close deals while maintaining compliance with all regulations. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing and present additional products.
• Structure deals for profitability and collectability.
• Proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions and close deals.
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Audit team deals Post-Sale.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.

Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
• Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
