Job summary

Delmarva Power Sports, a well-established powersports dealership in Salisbury, MD, is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. You will work with customers, lenders, and the sales team to maximize F&I performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates have F&I experience in automotive or powersports, strong knowledge of consumer financing, and a proven ability to structure and close deals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to arrange financing and complete the purchase process.
• Submit credit applications and structure deals with multiple lenders.
• Present financing options, extended service contracts, protection products and other F&I products.
• Maximize finance and product penetration while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure contracts and supporting documents are accurate and complete.
• Follow up on outstanding stipulations and work closely with lenders to ensure timely funding.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender and dealership requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to keep deals moving efficiently.
• Assist with title and registration documentation as part of the deal process.
• Maintain accurate records and organized deal files.

Delmarva Power Sports is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team.

We are a well-established, family-owned powersports dealership serving customers throughout Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Representing many of the industry’s leading brands, including Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Polaris, CFMOTO, Kayo and Surron, we maintain a strong sales volume and an excellent reputation in our market.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is confident working with customers, lenders and our sales team and who understands how to maximize F&I performance while providing an excellent customer experience.

Automotive, powersports, marine and RV F&I professionals are encouraged to apply. Powersports experience is a plus but is not required.

What You’ll Do
