Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a Business Development Manager to grow dealer relationships and drive insurance and finance programs across a regional district. You will educate dealers on F&I offerings, credentials, and digital tools to increase profitability and market presence.

The role requires strong sales drive, 5+ years in business development, and experience in automotive finance. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; travel and driving are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Sales training experience is required.
• Captive automotive finance experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing strategic dealer relationships.
• Educate and train Hyundai/Kia/Genesis dealers on F&I products and programs.
• Acquire new business and expand the brand’s market presence through selective initiatives.
• Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to deliver training and programs that meet targets.
