Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth by expanding dealer relationships and the branded F&I programs across the region. You will educate and train Hyundai/Kia/Genesis dealers, leveraging retail, lease, CPO and commercial financing products to meet annual sales objectives.

The role requires at least 5 years in business development or sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with OEMs to leverage products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong dealer relationships; identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate, enroll and implement programs and services at assigned dealerships; drive growth and market presence.
• Train dealership personnel on new technology and digital tools (eContracting, eRehash, etc.).
