The role blends coaching, scheduling, and store-wide collaboration to drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will partner with store leadership, manage daily workloads, and mentor team members to deliver Target’s guest experience commitments while upholding brand standards

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or food experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in Food & Beverage business.
