Job summary

Target Corp in Boynton Beach, FL is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Leader to drive guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations in our store. You will lead a team of hourly teammates, manage workload, and ensure food safety, pricing accuracy and promotions.

The role requires 18+, with strong leadership and communication skills, and a mindset for delivering a best-in-class guest experience while collaborating with store leadership to meet goals and maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a guest-focused, efficient Food & Beverage team and supervise workload.
• Plan daily/weekly tasks to meet sales goals and guest engagement.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance feedback.
