Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to drive guest experience and lead a team in a fast-paced store environment. The role requires managing daily tasks, coaching team members, and aligning with store priorities to deliver sales and exceptional guest service.

You will supervise hourly team members, coordinate with leadership, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met while adapting to a flexible schedule including nights and peak times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Lead and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member understands and delivers Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Observe and provide feedback, and hold team members accountable for execution.
• Review metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements in guest experience and sales.
• Lead a guest-focused Food & Beverage team to meet daily standards and priorities.
