We are recruiting for our 2025 summer season across various roles at our beautiful Lincolnshire holiday park. Join our large team of hospitality professionals today.

About the role

We are looking for team leaders to join our Spitfire, Bar 49, and Outdoor Catering departments.

The Spitfire Bar and Restaurant is the lively hub of the park, serving up to 1,500 guests daily during peak times. It offers a menu of hearty pub classics and hosts entertainment such as bingo and live shows. Outdoor catering includes ice cream kiosks, mobile bars, and seasonal shows, with a new 60ft shipping container hub launching in 2025.

Bar 49 is an open-air lakeside cocktail venue with views, live DJ sets, and a vibrant summer atmosphere. It's ideal for those passionate about service and energetic environments. Experience is not necessary; full training will be provided.

Essential qualities include a positive attitude, attention to detail, excellent people skills, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

What you will be doing

Providing a first-class guest experience, ensuring guests are enjoying themselves, assisting with opening and closing the venue, restocking, managing deliveries, and complying with legal requirements. A willingness to help beyond your specific duties is appreciated.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need
