A leading company in the holiday park industry is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for their Mill Rythe resort. The role involves managing kitchen operations, preparing meals, and ensuring high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction. What we need in a nutshell
We love creating exciting dining concepts across our locations and finding talented chefs to take them forward. In this Kitchen Team Leader role, you will be preparing and cooking for a busy restaurant and helping to manage a team of Line Chefs, Kitchen Assistants, and Kitchen Porters.

You will be actively involved with your team, ensuring meals are prepared, cooked, and served to the highest standards, delighting our guests. Responsibilities include:
