Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Operate forklifts and handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Train associates, manage warehouse activities, and ensure effective communication across departments.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, and handheld RF scanners for order processing.
• Handle hazardous materials following safety protocols.
• Complete safety training and use PPE appropriately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safety audits.
• Develop and deliver training content, and assist in workload management.
• Lead by example in safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Participate in project teams and lead projects of moderate scope.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse activities.

Preferred Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift operation certification (stand-up and sit-down).
• Experience with international shipping.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, WMS, and ERP systems.

Additional skills include effective communication, job knowledge, ability to read instructions, and basic math skills.
