Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Lead to guide service in venue dining and catering operations. You will work with the F&B Managers on inventory, menu planning, and event execution, while maintaining strong attendance and leadership for a fast-paced environment.

Hours run Thursday through Monday, 9am–9pm as needed; Tuesdays and Wednesdays are days off. Payment is hourly at $19.00, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with matching, and paid

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in food & beverage operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Clear, professional communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead service in high-volume restaurant or catering settings.
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability.
• Handle cash accurately and responsibly.
• Explain menu items and ingredient sourcing to guests.
• Oversee serving of meals and coordinate with managers on menu planning and orders.
• Assign duties to team members and ensure completion.
• Ensure equipment is operable and clean before events.
• Assist in setup of catering functions and food prep.
• Monitor guests and respond to special requests; uphold sanitation standards.
