Job summary

Oak View Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Café Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations and ensure outstanding guest service. You will supervise front-of-house staff, manage inventory, cash handling, and shift changes while upholding food safety and company standards.

This role collaborates with culinary and management teams to deliver high-quality experiences and maintain a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years in food & beverage with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume cafe/quick-service operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations ensuring efficient service.
• Coach and motivate café staff, including cashiers and baristas.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor quality, safety, sanitation and adherence to standards.
• Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding and coaching.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and shift changes.
• Monitor labor costs and staffing levels to meet demand.
• Handle cash, deposits and register reconciliation as assigned.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with ordering needs.
• Ensure cafe is clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Support catering orders and events as needed.
• Collaborate with culinary/management teams to improve operations.
• Enforce policies and complete daily operational reports.
