Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee guest service in venue dining areas and catering functions. The role supports Food & Beverage Managers with training, inventory, and events while maintaining excellent attendance and readiness for events.

The position is part-time with hourly pay of $19.00–$24.00 and benefits including 401(k) savings plan and matching. Availability for events and adherence to safety standards are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced restaurant or catering setting.
• Strong communication and people skills to create a positive work environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, event-driven setting.
• Cash handling accuracy and basic math for POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise meal service and guide guests through the buffet line.
• Supervise beverage service and verify guest age requirements.
• Record guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Monitor tables and respond to guest requests; ensure meals are completed.
• Process payments, provide change, and present checks.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in work areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and inventory for events.
• Support training, inventory, and special events as needed.
