Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in culinary arts, hospitality or hotel management preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in food and beverage.
• Previous supervisory experience in high volume restaurant industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily work activities of assigned personnel within the Food and Beverage facility.
• Ensures sufficient staffing of all Food and Beverage areas.
• Establishes policies and procedures for Food and Beverage team members, including safety and hygiene.
• Provides appropriate recognition and rewards for superior performance.
• Maintains inventory controls and regulatory compliance.
• Coaches team members and fosters teamwork, motivation, and open communication.
• Solicits and responds to guest feedback by direct interaction.
• Visible in all guest and team areas, ensuring guest expectations are met.
• Manages performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensures training and certification requirements are validated and up to date.
