Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our new Lakewood facility. You’ll oversee F&B operations, forecast and manage orders, staff and finances to maximize sales and guest satisfaction. Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required, and you must be 21+ to serve alcohol. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant / fast food / hospitality industries.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to customers.
• Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel and completing reviews.
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and prepare productivity reports.
