Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily work activities of assigned personnel within the Food and Beverage facility.
• Ensures sufficient staffing of all Food and Beverage areas.
• Establishes policies and procedures for Food and Beverage team members, including safety and hygiene.
• Coaches team members and develops performance, using a consistent, approachable demeanor.
• Maintains inventories and ensures compliance with internal controls.
• Fosters teamwork, guest focus and open communication while motivating staff.
