Job summary

Target in Wisconsin is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to drive guest experiences and store operations. You will lead a team of hourly associates, plan daily work, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistent with Target standards.
• Lead and develop hourly team members through coaching and training.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and store goals.
• Maintain food safety standards, inventory, and product in-stock levels.
• Partner with store leadership to influence sales performance and guest service.
