Job summary

Augustine Casino seeks an F&B Shift Supervisor to oversee dining operations across Seven Feathers, Ayily Bar and Menyikish Bar & Grill. You will train and supervise a diverse team, uphold company standards, and support daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage scheduling, conduct employee evaluations, and assist with payroll while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in an F&B management role; casino experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain Food Handlers Certification and Responsible Beverage Server Certification.
• Must obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B Manager and Director in implementing and reinforcing departmental processes.
• Train new hires on company standards and guest service expectations.
• Ensure policies on appearance, scheduling changes, attendance and conduct are understood and followed.
• Complete payroll responsibilities as needed and issue evaluations timely.
• Monitor staffing and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
• Maintain clean and stocked work areas and recognize top performers.
• Address guest concerns related to food and beverage experiences.
