Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Diploma or GED; or two years of customer service experience; five years of Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook programs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
• Support scheduling and coordinate with manager for scheduling concerns.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in line with company standards.
• Assist in cost control by monitoring pars and inventory.
• Maintain procedures for food service and inspect menu items for customer satisfaction.
• Follow quality assurance procedures to meet health and service standards.
• Respond to guest needs and report problems to the Manager.
• Assist Manager with administrative duties as assigned.
