Job summary

Bally's Evansville is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage shift supervisor to lead bar and restaurant teams, overseeing inventory, scheduling, and service quality. You will ensure standards, guest satisfaction, and compliance with regulations while coordinating with the F&B Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a 24/7 casino environment. Indiana Gaming regulations knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage operations.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Food and Beverage shift Team Members.
• Monitor inventory levels and scheduling of Team Members.
• Plan, organize, coordinate and control outlet operations during shift.
• Maintain professional restaurant/bar image and appearance standards during shift.
• Hire, train and supervise staff in conjunction with the Manager.
• Conduct on-shift and departmental meetings; direct staff workload.
• Ensure all side work and cleaning of equipment and storage areas are completed.
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Adhere to company standards to maximize sales and minimize costs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure security of restaurant/bar at end of shift.
• Provide a safe working environment and report any injuries.
• Investigate and resolve food quality or service complaints.
