Hilton is seeking an experienced F&B Team Leader to supervise daily outlet operations, coach team members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage inventory, drive revenue, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service across the dining areas.

You will collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction, while upholding Hilton’s hospitality values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Support daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver guest experiences.
• Guest Experience Management: Ensure personalized service and handle guest feedback.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control costs.
• Sales & Revenue Support: Drive upselling initiatives and monitor sales performance.
• Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Food Safety Regulations: Ensure that all food safety standards are met.
