Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Experience in foods/concessions preferred.
• Must pass job interview with guest service audition.
• Able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have ServeSafe Sanitation training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and enter orders into the Point of Sale system.
• Prepare hot and cold food and drinks following recipes.
• Process cash transactions and provide receipts.
• Adhere to company standards and policies.
• Clean outlet areas and stock supplies at stations.
• Handle customer concerns and answer questions.
