Job summary

Aloft Hotels, proudly managed by HRI Hospitality, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurant, bar, and banquet areas. You will support team members, ensure service standards, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role reports to the F&B Manager and requires strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work nights,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.
• 1-2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily F&B operations.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
