Aloft Henderson is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily service and mentor a hospitality team. You’ll work with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure high standards, manage guest feedback, and keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory hotel experience, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret financial data while overseeing costs, scheduling, and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college hospitality coursework is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsabilités

• Service Superheroes: Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service; address guest feedback promptly.
• Team Titans: Foster a collaborative environment; lead by example and share insights at team meetings to keep staff informed and motivated.
• Operations Olympians: Oversee daily operations: manage costs, handle cash, prepare staff schedules, and maintain inventory; use technology to streamline processes.
• Growth Gurus: Develop promotional campaigns to attract guests and boost sales; support training and performance initiatives to grow the team and business.
