Job summary

LBA Hospitality seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Charleston, SC to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will train staff, manage shift coverage, and oversee FOH/BOH tasks in the absence of the Manager.

The role requires at least one year of supervision of three associates, plus a High school diploma and Food Manager certification. On-site position with strong growth opportunities and comprehensive associate benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of supervision experience with at least three associates.
• Experience in a hotel, chain food, or retail outlet is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food Manager certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant/FOH and BOH operations as directed by the Manager or Director.
• Train and coach staff to Brand Standards and restaurant operations.
• Open and close restaurant shifts and manage inventories and orders.
• Assist with staff scheduling and banquet operations per BEOs.
• Fill in FOH/BOH roles as needed and supervise shifts as MOD.
• Maintain safety procedures and provide exceptional guest service.
