Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Charleston, SC is seeking a friendly Server to deliver prompt, courteous service and maintain a guest-ready dining area. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and help guests enjoy their experience.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work flexible shifts including weekends. Prior food and beverage experience is preferred, and honesty and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is preferred.
• Experience with chain food and retail outlets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere.
• Process guest charges and gratuities in accordance to standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service.
• Complete daily side work including stocking; may be responsible for ordering, cost control and maintaining item quality.
• Maintain certification from a brand approved responsible vendor training program.
• Other duties as assigned, that the associate is capable of performing.
