Hotel Bennett in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced hotel management professional to lead Food & Beverage operations, coach staff, and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction across all dining venues.

You will oversee service quality, staffing, training programs, compliance with health and safety requirements, and collaboration with culinary, events and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; leadership experience preferred.
• Must obtain ServSafe Alcohol certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must obtain ABL Server License within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in a quality-driven leadership role is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and train service professionals and organize ongoing staff development.
• Oversee all service aspects and ensure high quality presentation of items.
• Ensure adherence to department and hotel policies and procedures.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and dining enjoyment.
• Collaborate with other departments for successful hotel operation.
