Job summary

Calder Casino is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring efficiency, safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service. The role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication with the F&B Manager, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B operation supervision, event setup, health and safety regulations, and personnel management, with a commitment to delivering Winning Experiences

Qualifications

Experience supervising food & beverage outlets and event setups.
Strong communication with Food & Beverage Manager.
Ability to develop teammates and manage schedules under pressure.

Responsibilities

Supervises cleaning and maintenance; advises Outlet Managers on repairs.
Operates kitchen equipment (slicer, steamer, fryer, ovens, grill, mixer).
Reads recipes and measures ingredients accurately.
Ensures safety, sanitation, and adherence to health standards.
Monitors portion sizes and food quality; controls costs.
Allocates staff to maintain budgeted levels and supports team.
