Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Food and Beverage outlets in the casino.
• Ensure quality, service, safety and financial goals are met in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Identify guest service needs and deploy staff resources to provide excellent service.
• Counsel, train, and manage staff; plan, delegate, monitor, and appraise tasks.
• Maintain inventory, sanitation, and compliance with safety standards; monitor budgets and productivity.
