Job summary

Bally’s is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to provide daily leadership for all restaurant outlets in a busy casino environment. You will guide staff, help with scheduling, ensure sanitation and safety, and promote excellent guest service.

The role emphasizes coaching, cost control, and adherence to company standards. You will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and engage with casino events and promotions to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising food/beverage staff.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and health regulations.
• Ability to monitor performance and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
• Assist with developing schedules and coordinate scheduling with manager.
• Monitor appearance of food/beverage and communicate deviations from standards; conduct regular guest touches.
• Lead hands-on for all food and beverage outlets; coach team members and address discipline when needed.
• Maintain a welcoming attitude toward all guests at all times.
• Assist in cost control through inventory monitoring; order and stock items.
• Ensure front-of-house areas meet sanitation standards and safety rules.
• Know casino events and promotions; promote superb customer service.
• Respond to guest needs and report problems to management.
