Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the Food and Beverage Manager with planning oversight of operations in front and back of house at our Philadelphia area hotels.

You will supervise a diverse team, forecast revenue and expenses, train staff on financial controls, create and manage schedules, and ensure sanitation and quality service across all food and beverage outlets.

Qualifications

• Forecast revenue and expenses for food and beverage operations.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and cash handling procedures.
• Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and quality across outlets.
