Job summary

DR HOTEL EMPLOYEE LEASING LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily restaurant service at Courtyard Austin Parmer in Austin, TX. You will supervise staff, ensure warm, attentive guest experiences, and uphold dining room standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will coach servers and bussers, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and help with opening/closing procedures while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during busy service.
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating positive guest interactions.
• Flexible to work any shifts/days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff during daily service.
• Support training, coaching, and performance of servers, hosts, and bussers.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle service recovery when needed.
• Oversee table sections, flow of service, and overall dining room operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Support inventory tracking, side work, and setup tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with hotel and brand standards.
