Courtyard Austin Northwest/Lakeline is seeking an energetic, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead The Bistro’s breakfast, dinner, and bar operations. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, builds dependable teams, and takes ownership of the details that make an operation successful.

You’ll lead from the floor while managing scheduling, purchasing, inventory, training, service quality, and financial results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel Bistro/food and beverage teams.
• Ability to schedule accurately across opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven training and staff development capabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork to drive guest satisfaction.
• Hands-on leadership in a lean operation with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct breakfast, dinner, coffee, and bar service to Courtyard standards.
• Manage scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and staff training.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and service speed.
• Coordinate with front desk and leadership for group events.
• Maintain POS transactions, cash handling, and closing reports.
