You will greet guests, input orders into the POS, serve food and beverages, and collaborate with the kitchen and team. The role offers full- or part-time schedules with evenings and weekends required, plus tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a POS system (training available).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to Hilton standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas.
• Communicate with team and kitchen for smooth service.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate to supervisors as needed.
• Support restaurant cleanliness and restock as needed.
