Hyatt Regency Baytown is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. You will mentor and guide associates, supervise scheduling and payroll, and support senior leadership with essential management duties.

You will bridge the culinary and outlet operations, ensure service standards, and contribute to the overall performance and quality of our food & beverage program at the Baytown property.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage supervision and leadership.
• Ability to coach, direct and train staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead other associates by coaching, direction and scheduling.
• Oversee payroll and interviewing activities as part of basic management.
• Serve as liaison between culinary and outlet operations to drive service standards.
• Contribute to overall outlet performance and product quality.
