Hyatt Regency Baytown is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. You will mentor and guide associates, supervise scheduling and payroll, and support senior leadership with essential management duties.

You will bridge the culinary and outlet operations, ensure service standards, and contribute to the overall performance and quality of our food & beverage program at the Baytown property.

Qualifikationen

Job Description

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. Food & Beverage Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and outlet operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a professional presentation
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have physical stamina to lift, carry, push and pull moderate amounts of weight.
• Food server, barback and food runner experience preferred.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations preferred
